The Role
The Regional Commercial Specialist is a key commercial driver for the region, responsible for turning sales opportunities into occupancy, revenue and growth. As the sales expert for the sector, you'll shape and deliver the regional commercial strategy, working closely with our city teams to maximise performance, identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
You'll combine commercial insight, creativity and data-driven decision-making to challenge the status quo, unlock growth and make a real impact across our cities.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive sales performance, occupancy and income growth across the region.
Analyse sales data and provide clear insights, actions and performance reporting.
Develop and implement initiatives to increase occupancy and reduce voids.
Manage pricing, room mapping, PPC allocation and sales campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity to ensure competitive pricing and incentives.
Work with Marketing, Universities and third-party partners to maximise sales opportunities.
Support on-site teams through regular visits, meetings, coaching and sales updates.
Maintain high property, customer journey and sales standards.
Provide commercial support and cover for the Divisional Commercial Manager when required.
